  4. Frost the cake using Nutella and serve with a glass of cold milk and baking dish, grease, and line with parchment paper. Set it aside.
  5. In a bowl, mix the Nutella and eggs and whisk them together with a hand mixer or a whisk. For three minutes, beat the mixture till it slightly increases in volume.
  6. To the Nutella mixture, add all-purpose flour. Fold in the flour gently until fully combined. Scrape down the sides of the basin and thoroughly mix to prevent any flour from clinging to the bottom.

Notes:

  • To test for doneness, insert a toothpick/cake tester into the center of the cake. The cake is done when it comes out without sticking or with just a few moist crumbs adhering to it. Excessive baking can result in a dry cake.
  • Allow the cake to cool in the pan for approximately ten to fifteen minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool fully. This permits the cake to set without crumbling or breaking.
  • When the cake has completely cooled, frost it with Nutella icing, ganache, or your favorite frosting. Toppings like chopped hazelnuts, cocoa shavings, or sprinkles can also be used to improve the presentation & add flavor and texture.
