Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. clams scrubbed
  • ½ cup old bay seasoning
  • 1 lb. shrimp with tails
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 lb. smoked sausage
  • 8 smashed garlic cloves
  • 1 lb. cooked crab legs
  • 4 ears corn on the cob
  • 3 lobster tails
  • 1 lb. halved golden potatoes
  • 3 divided lemons
  • 1 peeled onion cut into pieces
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 lb. smoked sausage
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions:

  1. Cut two lemons into quarters. Cut the rest of the lemon into wedges then set them aside for garnish.
  2. Fill a big pot with sixteen cups of water. Add the two quartered lemons, Old Bay seasoning, garlic, and onion to the water. Bring the water to a boil.
  3. Cook for eight mins after adding the potatoes to the pot.
  4. Cook for five mins after adding the lobster tails.
  5. Cook for five mins after adding the clams, crab and corn.
  6. Cook for about two mins after adding the prawns and sausage.
  7. Reserve one cup of the broth after draining the seafood combination.
  8. In a bowl, melt the butter and stir it with the reserved broth. Pour the broth on the seafood and vegetables.
  9. Garnish with parsley & lemon wedges if desired. Serve immediately with more Old Bay seasoning to taste.
